“Depression” is unhealthy mantle condition which leads to mood change, sadness, feeling of loneliness, helpless or inadequate at some point. Having stress without any reason and feeling unpleasant. You will have negative thoughts in your mind. You can’t sleep properly. You loose interest in your favourite activity.

Depression is very common in people who are not very social or we can say socially isolated by family, have no close interpersonal relationships, an unpleasant work environment, divorced or separated or have experienced trauma or loss combined with these factors. Depression is related to your social and economic life. A Person who is having no social support and love from family gets depressed.

How your brain works in normal condition?

Our brain is continuously helping us to respond to our experiences and mood. To control the functions of organs and other activities, our brain needs to communicate with our different parts of the body according to our experience. It releases special chemicals called neurotransmitter (chemical messengers of our body) for communication.

How does your brain work in Depression?

Monoamines are kind of neurotransmitters which controls all emotional behavior, sleep and memory. In normal condition, the brain produces enough chemicals for proper communication of the nerve system. Chemical imbalance occurs in the body. Low concentration of monoamines in our body leads to psychiatric disorders, including depression and anxiety.
